Whipped Pastry "Cream"
1 cup lite ricotta
1/2 cup nonfat, sugar-free vanilla yogurt
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla syrup
Combine all ingredients in chilled cream whipper. Shake vigorously 30 seconds. Process according to instructions. Dispense as filling in four graham cracker crusts or fill four dessert dishes and serve with vanilla wafers. This recipe can be doubled.
