The emulsifying gas, Nitrous Oxide (n2o), not only whips and propels the cream but it acts as a natural antibiotic. This means that the cream will store in the whipper for up to 10 days if kept in a fridge which makes it ideal for making whipped cream at home.

Cappuccino "Lean Cream" Coffee Topping
1/2 cup whole milk
2 Tbsp confectioner's sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in cream whipper. Shake vigorously 30 seconds. Process according to Operating Instructions. Shake again 15 seconds. Dispense immediately over coffee.
