Mustard Mousse
1/2 cup/ 100 ml heavy cream
1 tbsp./ 15 g mustard
1 egg yolk and a pinch of salt
Boil potatoes in salt water until done and pass through a sieve. Mix with hot milk, water in which potatoes were boiled and butter. Season and pour into the Whipper while warm.
