Satisfaction Guarantee

• At Really Quite Useful we would like you to be happy with every purchase you make with us. Occasionally though we are aware that you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase for varied reasons.
• European Union law grants customers in the EU the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This is generally referred to as a 'cooling off' period.
• We give an additional seven days so if during the fourteen days following delivery you find that you are not happy with you purchase for any reason you may return the product to us in its original condition for a full refund of the price of the product.
• This applies to all of our products. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of orders for the purchase of food products where the item has been unsealed (this includes Syrups).
• Once the goods have been received back with us they will be inspected and if in good condition you will be refunded the full purchase price. You will not be refunded the original shipping cost.
• Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or it is damaged or defective.
